To keep your Knit Sweater looking its best:

• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry
• Do not bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Iron at a low temperature if needed

Note: Slight shrinkage may occur after the first wash, consider air drying to maintain fit and fabric integrity.

Domestic United States

SOUNDOFF offers free standard shipping (2-7 days) within the United States for all orders that total $75.00 or more, standard shipping for orders that total less than $75 is $5.  Shipping fees for other locations or for expedited shipping will vary.  All order amounts referenced in our shipping policy exclude gift card purchase amounts, taxes and shipping.  

Shipping times exclude weekends and federal holidays and begin from the date the order is shipped. Orders, that do not include pre-order items, placed before 12 midnight (central) Sunday through Thursday will be typically be shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will ship on Monday. Pre-order items will begin shipping on the date noted on the product page and your order confirmation email.

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has processed.

Shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and other US territories.

Shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and other US territories is only available via USPS First Class Mail.  Delivery times will vary but are expected to be 4-10 days.

International Shipping

SOUNDOFF ships worldwide at a flat rate of $30. Standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. You will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

Final Sale: By You knits from SOUNDOFF are custom made for you and therefore are Final Sale.  Once a knit design is approved and production begins, the order is considered non-refundable.

Exchanges:  Customized knits can NOT be exchanged.  Base product knits that are not customized may be exchanged for a different size, but are subject to a restocking fee as noted in SOUNDOFF's Returns & Exchange Policy.
