Welcome to SOUNDOFF’s custom knitwear service, where we create garments tailored to your unique vision. Our process is designed to bring your ideas to life with quality and care.

1. The Design Process

Choose Your Path: You can choose to produce a selected knit "as designed," use our online customizer for simple edits, or work directly with our design team (in our Chicago studio or virtually) for a fully personalized design. Your input is essential at every step.
Design Approvals: For any customizations, you may request that a SOUNDOFF design consultant send you a digital rendering (PDF or JPG) for your approval via text or email.

Please Note: Digital mock-ups are graphic representations and may not perfectly reflect the actual yarn colors or textures. We recommend referring to the physical garment product photos on the product page for the most accurate color and texture representation.

Modifications: We allow one modification after the initial rendering. If we do not receive a response within 5 days, your order will proceed to production as initially designed. Customization fees are non-refundable once the order is placed.

2. Production & Quality Control

Production Time: After your design is approved, our team carefully crafts your garment according to SOUNDOFF’s and your specific requirements. The production process typically takes up to 3 weeks.
Final Sale & Exchanges: Once production begins, the order is considered a final sale and is non-refundable. However, knits that are not customized may be exchanged for a different size, subject to a $30 restocking fee.
Quality Guarantee: Our quality control team inspects every piece to ensure it meets our high standards. In rare cases where a garment does not pass our quality check, production may require an additional 2 weeks to remake the garment.

3. Shipping Your Custom Knit

Tracking Information: Once your garment is complete and passes quality checks, you will receive an email with shipment details and a tracking number.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 days and is free for orders over $75.
Multi-Product Orders: Orders that include other SOUNDOFF gear (like t-shirts or hats) will be shipped together with your completed knitwear. To receive other items sooner, please place separate orders.
