1. Returns & Exchanges - 14 days (excluding Made-to-Order and Final Sale items)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but returned items must meet our requirements below to be returned or exchanged. Items sent back that do not meet the return eligibility requirements will not be returned to the customer and become the property of Soundoff.
Eligibility for ALL Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Online Returns (excluding warranty returns) incur a $10 restocking fee, which includes the prepaid return shipping label. The fee will be deducted from your refund
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- Items showing signs of wear, odor, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.
- LAST ACT items may NOT be returned or exchanged
2. Made-to-Order items (including By You, Embroidered to Order, etc.)
At SOUNDOFF, some products are custom made-to-order just for you, including By You, Embroidered to Order and other made-to-order items.

Final Sale:
- Once a design is approved and sent for production, these items cannot be canceled returned or refunded.
- If your item has a quality issue, please contact Soundoff within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement at info@soundoffdesign.com
- Please contact us at info@soundoffdesign.com if you have questions before ordering.

Exchanges:
- As Designed: If the product is purchase As Designed (is not customized, and has no patches added), it can be exchanged for size. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. There is a $10 restocking fee which includes a pre-paid return shipping label and free standard shipping for your replacement item.
- Customized products and products with custom sewn on patches cannot be exchanged.
3. Returns at Soundoff's Chicago Studio
Returns or exchanges at Soundoff's Chicago Studio are free and do not incur a restocking fee. SOUNDOFF reserves the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet our eligibility requirements.
4. How to Request an Online Returns
- Sign in to your account at www.SOUNDOFFdesign.com/account.
- Click on the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Towards the upper right, click “Request Return”.
- Items that are eligible for online return requests will be reflected in the "Select items to return" section.
- Select the item, reason, and add any notes to help us process your request.
- Click “Request Return”
Note: If an item you wish to return or exchange is not eligible for online processing (for example made-to-order items) or you have any questions or issues, please email us at support@SOUNDOFFdesign.com
4. Return Authorization & Shipping
After submitting your request, our customer service team will review and authorize your return, usually within 3 business days.
Once authorized, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
Your item must be postmarked and shipped within 7 days of receiving the shipping label to be eligible for a return or exchange.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, allow 2–7 business days for inspection and refund processing.
Returns are refunded only to the original form of payment.
SOUNDOFF reserves the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet our eligibility requirements and is not responsible for returning items to the customer in such cases.
