We offer free standard shipping (2–7 business days) on all orders of $75+ (subtotal before taxes, shipping, and gift cards) to the Contiguous U.S.

Orders under $75 ship for a flat $5 standard shipping fee.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed Sunday–Thursday before 12:00 PM (Noon) Central Time typically ship the next business day.
  • Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship on Monday.
  • Processing and delivery timelines exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.
  • Once an order has been processed, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Orders ship together when all items in the order are available. Please note the production timelines on the product page for made to order items.

 


Made-to-Order and Pre-Order Items

Pre-order, “By You,” and other Made-to-Order items ship after production is complete.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and Made-to-Order or Pre-Order items, the entire order ships together once all items are ready.
  • Production timelines are shown on product pages or in your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.
