To keep your knit sweater looking its best:

• Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry

• Iron at a low temperature if needed

Note: Slight shrinkage may occur after the first wash. Consider air drying to help maintain fit and fabric integrity.

• If your order includes both in-stock and Made-to-Order or Pre-Order items, the entire order ships together once all items are ready.
• Production timelines are shown on product pages or in your order confirmation email.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

At SOUNDOFF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and provide 14 days for most returns and exchanges (excluding Made-to-Order items).  Items must meet the requirements defined in our full policy to be returned or exchanged.

  • Once a design is approved and sent for production, these items cannot be canceled, returned or refunded.
  • If your item has a quality issue, please contact Soundoff within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement at info@soundoffdesign.com

• Exchanges: 

  • As Designed: If the product is purchased As Designed (is not customized, and has no patches added), it can be exchanged for size. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. There is a $10 restocking fee which includes a pre-paid return shipping label and free standard shipping for your replacement item.
  • Customized products and products with custom sewn on patches cannot be exchanged.
