    As Designed:Choose this option if you want no changes to the base design. If adding sewn-on patches, ensure your placement does not overlap existing graphics.
    Customized:Select this option to change logos, adjust logo placement, or add personal text, like a name or graduation year. This choice will add 3-5 days to the delivery timeline. If requested, you’ll receive a digital mock-up for approval prior to production.
    Sewn-On Patches:Add unique flair with patches designed by SOUNDOFF. Choose your patch and placement when ordering. Knit graphic modifications for patch placement may incur an additional fee.
  2. Optional: Elbow Patches

      To keep your knit sweater looking its best:

      • Turn garment inside out before washing
      • Machine wash cold with like colors
      • Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry
      • Do not bleach
      • Do not dry clean
      • Iron at a low temperature if needed

       

      Note: Slight shrinkage may occur after the first wash. Consider air drying to help maintain fit and fabric integrity.

      We offer free standard shipping (2–7 business days) on all orders of $75+ (subtotal before taxes, shipping, and gift cards) within the Contiguous U.S.

      At SOUNDOFF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and provide 14 days for most returns and exchanges (excluding Made-to-Order items).  Items must meet the requirements defined in our full policy to be returned or exchanged.

      • Exchanges: 

        • As Designed: If the product is purchased As Designed (is not customized, and has no patches added), it can be exchanged for size. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. There is a $10 restocking fee which includes a pre-paid return shipping label and free standard shipping for your replacement item.
        • Customized products and products with custom sewn on patches cannot be exchanged.
