DEPAUL CUSTOMIZATION FEE

All Soundoff Knits are made to order and designed to effortlessly elevate your style game to the pro-level. Any design customizations are subject to approval by Soundoff and a customization fee. 

All Soundoff by You Knits are made to order.  For knits that are not customized, we typically receive finished knits, inspect them to ensure they meet our quality standards, and ship them to you within 3 weeks from the order date.  Shipping from Soundoff to you is subject to Soundoff's standard shipping fees and timelines (Standard shipping within the US (3-5 days) is free for orders over $75). 

Knit customization adds an additional design process to the timeline, which can add an additional week or longer to the process.  This process (see below) involves creation of a custom mock up of your knit, that will be sent to you for approval prior to production.  Lack of prompt review and approval can delay the design process further.

In the rare instance that a knit doesn't pass our quality review, we will request the product be made over, which may add an additional two weeks to the production time frame.  

Final Sale

Note that after an order has been placed, virtual design and customization fees are not refundable.  After a knit has been submitted for production the cost of the knit is not refundable.  Knits that are not customized may be exchanged for size, but are subject to a restocking fee of $30.

How To Order:

1. Choose Your Preferred Style

• Classic Crew, Cardigan, Women's Crew, Short Sleeve, and V-Neck Vest may be available options as shown on each product page.

2. Choose Your Preferred Size

• Size chart info is provided on the product page
• Sizes 4XL, 5XL & 6XL may be available in a Relaxed Classic Crew and Cardigan style formats upon request

3. Choose Your Customized Knit Design

• DESIGN MY OWN – select customized knit design if you would like to customize your knit graphic / logo designs and placements.
• SEWN ON PATCHES - You may also choose to customize your knit with sewn-on patches designed by soundoff.  On the product page, you can select the specific patch and location on the garment to add that patch.  Note that any required changes to standard knit design to accommodate the patch, will result in an additional knit customization fee and should be reflected in the knit design section.
• Virtual Consultation – select virtual consultation if you would like to meet with a soundoff Design consultant to make other customizations to your knit.  A virtual consultation fee of $xx will apply.

What to expect:

1. Design process

• If you've requested any design customizations to your knit, a Soundoff design consultant send a digital rendering (PDF) of your design for review and approval.  Please watch your email for a message from info@soundoffdesign.com and respond promptly with your approval or any changes.
• Note the mocks ups are graphic representations and may not accurately reflect the actual colors or textures of your garment.  Please refer to the photos on the product pages for the best representation of the final product colors and textures.  We allow one (1) modification after the first rendering.
• If you don't respond within 5 days, your order will be submitted to production as designed and considered final sale.  

2. Production

• Once the design process is complete and the design approved, your custom order will be sent to our production team to be created.  
• Once the garment has been submitted for production, it is final sale.
• Each garment is custom made to soundoff's and your specifications and can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture. 
• Once the garment is complete, soundoff;s quality control team inspects the garment to ensure it is manufactured to our design standards and adds any additional embellishments or patches.  
• In the rare event that a garment does not meet our standards, and needs to be made over, an additional 2 weeks or production time may be required.

2. Shipping

• Once the garment has been made and passed our quality inspections, the garment is shipped to you.  
• You'll receive an email notifying you that your order is on the way to you with a tracking number.
• Shipping to you is subject to our standard shipping policy

We value individual expression but reserve the right to reject any custom requests that violate our licensing agreements, or that we deem offensive, discriminatory, inflammatory, or go against our brand values. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a positive and inclusive customization experience.

Domestic United States

SOUNDOFF offers free standard shipping (2-7 days) within the United States for all orders that total $75.00 or more, standard shipping for orders that total less than $75 is $5.  Shipping fees for other locations or for expedited shipping will vary.  All order amounts referenced in our shipping policy exclude gift card purchase amounts, taxes and shipping.  

Shipping times exclude weekends and federal holidays and begin from the date the order is shipped. All orders are shipped in full when the complete order is ready to ship. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will ship on Monday. 

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has processed.

Continental United States for orders less than $75.00:

Shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and other US territories.

Shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and other US territories is only available via USPS First Class Mail.  Delivery times will vary but are expected to be 4-10 days.

International Shipping

SOUNDOFF ships worldwide at a flat rate of $30. Standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. You will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
