**Customization & Ordering Process**

All Varsity Knits are crafted to your specifications upon order. Once your finalized design is confirmed, you can expect to receive your custom knit in 2-3 weeks.

**Creating Your Varsity Knit: A Step-by-Step Guide**

1. Pick Your Style

Choose from our Classic Long Sleeve Crew, Womens Crew, Short Sleeve Crew, V-Neck Vest, or Cardigan styles.

2. Select Your Size

A detailed size chart is available below for your reference. For those desiring extra comfort, sizes 4XL, 5XL, and 6XL are offered in both our Relaxed Classic Crew and Cardigan options.

3. Design Personalization

AS DESIGNED - opt for this if you wish to order the knit as displayed, including colors, trims, and typography in the selected style. (as designed Cyan, Powder & Mustard)

MAKE MY OWN - choose this option to modify our existing design or to completely personalize your knit, from color to typography.

• Upon order placement, our design team will contact you via the provided email or phone to discuss your customization details
• A digital rendering for design confirmation will be sent if necessary, with one (1) modification allowed after initial rendering.

At SOUNDOFF, we champion individual expression but will respectfully decline any customization requests that are offensive, discriminatory, might incite controversy or conflict with our brand values. We thank you for your understanding and commitment o a respectful and inclusive customization process.

Fabric: The machine washable premium cotton-blend fabrication (55% Cotton + 45% Poly) is the perfect year-round weight for weekday to weekend, round-the-clock living. These will quickly become your favorite 'wear & go' grabs. 

Fit: Crew pullovers are classic fit and wear more like a classic sweater. Use the size chart below to order or if you happen to be in Chicago, come visit our studio to try-on for sizing.

Exchanges: As we produce these knits to order, we can exchange for sizing or different style/product but cannot refund. 

Care: Turn inside out. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low heat. Do not bleach. No dry clean. Iron low temp.

We can only use 4 unique colors for a single design including the base garment.

Domestic United States

SOUNDOFF offers free standard shipping (2-7 days) within the United States for all orders that total $75.00 or more, standard shipping for orders that total less than $75 is $5.  Shipping fees for other locations or for expedited shipping will vary.  All order amounts referenced in our shipping policy exclude gift card purchase amounts, taxes and shipping.  

Shipping times exclude weekends and federal holidays and begin from the date the order is shipped. Orders, that do not include pre-order items, placed before 12 midnight (central) Sunday through Thursday will be typically be shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will ship on Monday. Pre-order items will begin shipping on the date noted on the product page and your order confirmation email.

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has processed.

Shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and other US territories.

Shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and other US territories is only available via USPS First Class Mail.  Delivery times will vary but are expected to be 4-10 days.

International Shipping

SOUNDOFF ships worldwide at a flat rate of $30. Standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. You will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
