The premium fabrication is the perfect year-round weight and our designs easily complement your weekday to weekend, round-the-clock life. These will quickly become your favorite 'wear & go' grabs. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW -

Choose Our Design or Make Your Own: As each knit is made to order, you can go with our design as displayed or create your own SMILE in colors of choice (note: there is a limit of 4 colors for production). If you choose to make your own, we will follow up with you via the contact information provided in your order to discuss the design process and produce a mock-up to approve prior to production.

Made to Order Production: We send in knits for production up to 3 times per month. We typically receive finished knits within 2-3 weeks after production begins.

Fit: The crew pullovers are classic fit (they wear more like a classic sweater). Use the size chart below to order or if you happen to be in Chicago, come visit our studio to try-on for sizing.

Exchanges: As we produce these knits to order, we can exchange for sizing or different style/product but cannot refund. 

Care: Turn inside out. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low heat. Do not bleach. No dry clean. Iron low temp.

SOUNDOFF offers free standard shipping (2-7 days) within the United States for all orders that total $75.00 or more, standard shipping for orders that total less than $75 is $5.  Shipping fees for other locations or for expedited shipping will vary.  All order amounts referenced in our shipping policy exclude gift card purchase amounts, taxes and shipping.  

Shipping times exclude weekends and federal holidays and begin from the date the order is shipped. Orders, that do not include pre-order items, placed before 12 midnight (central) Sunday through Thursday will be typically be shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will ship on Monday. Pre-order items will begin shipping on the date noted on the product page and your order confirmation email.

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has processed.

Shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and other US territories.

Shipping to APO / FPO / DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and other US territories is only available via USPS First Class Mail.  Delivery times will vary but are expected to be 4-10 days.

International Shipping

SOUNDOFF ships worldwide at a flat rate of $30. Standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. You will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
